NEW YORK - Jesse Bowens, a 71-year-old man from Brooklyn who was reported missing on Wednesday has been found safe.
Bowens was reported missing after being last seen near Vernon Avenue and Lewis Avenue wearing a green hat, a blue and white jacket and dark pants. He was said to be driving a black Hyundai Sonata with the New York license plate GHA-2048.
