Man wanted for raping 12-year-old girl at gunpoint

NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - Police in New York City are searching for a man who they say sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl.

It happened around 10:50 a.m. Sunday in the Claremont section of the Bronx. According to police, a 12-year-old girl was forced into an alley at gunpoint by a man and then assaulted.

The victim was later treated at a nearby hospital.

The individual is described as a male Hispanic, 20 to 25 years old, 5'7" in height, 150lbs, with a tattoo on his right forearm; last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a red and black shirt, red shorts and black sneakers.
