BROOKLYN - A man was stabbed in the chest and arm while onboarding the Q train in Brooklyn Tuesday night, police said.
The incident happened on the Q line at the Seventh Avenue subway station in Prospect Heights just after 11 p.m.
Police said the stabbing happened when a verbal dispute turned physical.
After the incident, the suspect then fled the scene, police said.
The suspect is a man and was seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and black pants, police said.
The 30-year-old man who was stabbed was taken to Brooklyn-Methoist Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
