Man fatally shot in the back in Harlem: NYPD

HARLEM - A man was shot in the back and killed in Harlem on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
It happened on West 118th Street near Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
So far, no arrests have been made and an investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
