Violent McDonald's Robbery
A 53-year-old man was placing an order at the McDonald's at 429 7 Avenue in Chelsea when he was viciously assaulted by a man who also stole his cell phone and wallet, said police.
NEW YORK - The NYPD has arrested a suspect in the violent assault and robbery of a man inside a Manhattan McDonald's.
A 53-year-old man was attempting to place an order at a kiosk inside a McDonald's on 7th Avenue in Chelsea on Monday morning when another man punched the patron in the face and demanded his wallet, police said.
The attacker knocked the man to the ground and continued to punch and kick him as people looked on. He then stole the man's phone and wallet, police said.

Police officers arrested Rasheed Osundairo, 30, on Tuesday after someone saw him lying across some seats on a subway train and recognized him from a wanted poster, the NYPD said. Police said he had stolen property on him.
Authorities charged him with robbery.
The victim suffered severe head injuries and was listed in critical condition at Bellevue Hospital.
