Man arrested tells cops he's Jason Bourne

A man who was arrested by police at a library in Florida told the officers his name was Jason Bourne, presumably of the Bourne movie franchise.

A drunk Jonathan William Chapman, 45, of St. Petersburg refused to leave the Barbara Ponce Library in Pinellas Park on Apr. 23, said police.

As he was arrested following complaints of public drunkenness, Chapman was asked for his social security number but reportedly provided a fake one instead.

He faces charges of resisting arrest and dealing with stolen property.

He remains jailed.

The character of Jason Bourne is played by Matt Damon. In the movies, the CIA assassin suffers from dissociative amnesia and must figure out who he is.
