Internet radio show from a bar inside a Queens garage
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - When you walk through a certain backyard in Flushing, Queens, it may look like any other garage, but every Friday night it transforms into a radio studio broadcasting a hilarious show around the world.
It's called "Live from the Barrage," a weekly radio show broadcast from the "barrage," a bar combined with a garage, of John Houlihan, who is joined by some of his best friends.
Aired on RadioNope.com and available as an iTunes podcast, this little show that could has managed to attract some megawatt guests including C.J. Ramone and Marc Maron.
With Friday's temperatures in the 30s, and just drinks and cigarettes to keep them warm, nothing could stop the acerbic banter that only emerges from true friendship, bringing a taste of this made-in-New York gang to the world.
