Former Adams advisor Ingrid Lewis-Martin to be arraigned amid bribery probe
NEW YORK - Sources tell FOX 5 NY that Mayor Eric Adams' former advisor, Ingrid Lewis-Martin will be arraigned on Thursday.
It is not clear what the charges will be, however the New York Times has reported that prosecutors are looking into accusations of bribery and money laundering.
Lewis-Martin has been under investigation since at least September, when her cell phone was seized.
Lewis-Martin has maintained her innocence, but resigned from her position on Sunday as news of the potential indictment broke.
