NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A medical examiner will determine what lead to the death of a five-year-old girl inside her home on Creston Avenue in the Fordham section of the Bronx.
Police say the responded to a 911 call about the child at about 3:40 a.m. Tuesday.
Janiah Castillo was unconscious and unresponsive with no signs of obvious trauma.
She was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A police investigation was underway.
