It's impossible to talk about the Bushwick art scene without starting with the street art. It's the first thing you see. Organized by a group called the Bushwick Collective, the art is constantly changing.

One look around and it's easy to see why Bushwick in Brooklyn has become one of the hottest places to visit in New York City. From local tour groups to international tourists, someone is always snapping a picture around here.

But the art on the street is just the beginning. The neighborhood also has a ton of art galleries. As artists are being priced out of Chelsea, in Manhattan, they're flocking to Bushwick in droves.

I stopped into The Clearing, a gallery that focuses on contemporary art. But almost 70 galleries and street art are only part of the equation.

Stage shows like "Cinderella" are getting lots of buzz. The show at Theatre XIV is a sexy take on the story, according to the producers.

So the next time you're in Brooklyn, check out the changing art scene in Bushwick. It is colorful, fun, and worth a trip.
