Boys fall from balcony; 1 dies

NEW JERSEY (FOX 5 NEWS) - A play date between two cousins ended in tragedy in New Jersey Thursday.

The two boys were playing on the balcony of a home in Perth Amboy when the railing way, police said. The boys fell more than a dozen feet.

A 9-year-old boy died, while a 13-year-old boy was airlifted to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, police said.

Perth Amboy Police Chief Roman McKeon said this was a tragic accident and nothing criminal.
