The attorney who was caught on video insulting and berating workers at a deli in Manhattan because they were speaking Spanish appears to be remorseful. An apology was posted Tuesday to the Twitter account presumably belonging to Aaron Schlossberg.

"To the people I insulted, I apologize. Seeing myself online opened my eyes- the manner in which I expressed myself is unacceptable and is not the person I am... I am not racist."

Schlossberg went on the tirade on May 15 at lunchtime at Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue at 39th Street. Bystanders recorded the incident on their phones. Schlossberg yelled at the manager after hearing workers speaking Spanish to another customer.

"Every person I listened to--he spoke it, he spoke it, she's speaking it," the man said.

"It's America!"

Schlossberg threatened to call immigration agents.

"My guess is, they're not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country," he ranted.
