PEORIA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - An Amber Alert has been canceled after Peoria police say a 2-year-old girl has been found unharmed and is safe after she was abducted early this morning.
According to the Peoria Police Department, 32-year-old Luis Jesus Morales has been taken into custody and 2-year-old Khaleesi Morales is safe.
Police say Morales went to the home of Yesenia Torres just after 6 a.m., broke a window screen, stepped on his son's hand, assaulted Torres, took 2-year-old Khaleesi Morales, and stole Torres' car, heading for an unknown location.
