8 wanted for slashing in Bronx
A group of eight people are wanted for a violent mugging and slashing of a man in the Kingsbridge Heights section of the Bronx.
NEW YORK - The NYPD was searching for eight suspects wanted in a slashing and violent mugging in the Kingsbridge Heights section of the Bronx.
On Oct. 12 at about 9:22 p.m., the group approached a 21-year-old man in front of 4 West Kingsbridge Road and began kicking and punching him before slashing him in the face with a cutting instrument, said police.
The group then took the man's cell phone and fled.
EMS responded and transported the man to an area hospital in stable condition.
