3 people shot at NYCHA building in East Harlem

EAST HARLEM - Three people were shot at a NYCHA building in East Harlem on Thursday, police said.

Police say it was possibly a domestic incident. 

A 40-year-old woman was shot in the thigh and back of her ear. Police said she is in stable condition. 

A 19-year-old man was shot in the torso and arm. Police said he is in stable condition.

A 45-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the head.

All three people were taken to the Harlem Hospital, police said.
