Woman, man slash each other on 4 train in Harlem: NYPD

EAST HARLEM - A woman and a man got into an argument on the 4 train and began slashing each other in East Harlem on Wednesday morning, police said.
What we know:
Police said the slashing happened shortly after 6:40 a.m. at East 125th and Lexington Avenue Train station on the southbound 4 train.
The slashing stemmed from an argument between the man and woman, police said.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a 21-year-old woman with a laceration to the left eyebrow and a 43-year-old man with a slash wound to the middle finger on his left hand.
Police said the woman was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition and the man was treated at the scene.
The woman was also taken into custody, police said.
What we don't know:
It is unclear what the dispute was about that led to the slashing.
The names of the man and woman involved in the slashing have not been released.
The relationship between the man and the woman is unclear.
