Stray bullet shatters boy's bedroom window

A bullet fired during a fight outside a home in the Bronx struck and shattered a bedroom window where an 11-year-old boy slept, said police.

Surveillance video of the altercation on East 148 St. and St. Ann's Ave. shows what appears to be three men in a dispute when one of them approaches the other two and fires a shot.

The incident took place on Oct. 23 at about 9:50 p.m.

The gunman fled the scene along East 148 St.

There were no injuries reported.

The individual is described as a male; last seen wearing a red coat with a fur-lined hood, a black hooded sweater, gray sweatpants and blue sneakers.
