Hot dog cart fire lights up Midtown
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Flames engulfed a food cart in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire on West 45th Street and 6th Avenue at about 7 p.m., the FDNY said.
One person, believed to be the hot dog cart worker, was treated for minor burns at New York-Presbyterian Cornell Weill Medical Center.
Twitter user Sean Evans @seanseaevans shared a video of the fire, showing flames burning through the Sabrett-branded umbrella.
The FDNY said it does not yet know what caused the fire.
